Shoe upper

Single-piece construction with one rear seam and bottom closure. Made from bio-based extrusion sourced from food industry waste and applied to certified cotton supports.

Lining

Hemp-based smart passive fabric developed for breathability, thermoregulation and antibacterial performance.

Insole

Biodegradable coconut and agave fibers coated with natural latex.

Non-slip counter

Non-woven fabrics produced with recycled polyester fibres from post-consumer PET bottles.

Closure

Elastic tongue made from repurposed luxury deadstock, transforming excess material into a functional detail.

Shank

Recycled wood replaces the typical metal shank, supporting stability with a lower-impact material choice.

Sole

Contains 80% natural rubber, recycled production scrap and, in selected models, hemp hurd byproduct as a natural filler.

Manufacturing

Cut, sewn and assembled in Italy with materials and components sourced in Italy.

CRIMAGNO declares an ethical production entirely made in Italy, with 90% of suppliers based in Italy and Switzerland within 80 km of the production site.
